With A Dot was founded in 2010 to bring a scientific approach to IT support. We believe that all IT users from the single computer home all the way up to a large office deserve the very best support we can offer.
We are based in Wokingham, Berkshire and operate in Wokingham, Reading, Bracknell and the surrounding areas of Berkshire and Surrey.
The company was founded by Ashley Griffiths whilst he was studying for his Masters Degree in Computer Science at the University of Bristol. During this period we began working with local companies, schools and home users. From this we derived our companies core principle which is whilst the computers we work with may be faceless you shouldn't have to deal with a faceless support company.
From this point onwards we've expanded, working with more people, companies and schools while ensuring that we keep that personal touch with the people we work with whilst still bringing the expertise our clients deserve.
